June Month Report from Blind School

Blind school conducted training classes from June 1st – 10th for school teachers in Nethra Vidyalaya Varija. Academic advisor Sriman Venkat Ratnam garu played a key role in arranging resource persons for all subjects and he himself trained our teachers in Braille. Most of the resource persons were award winners in their respective fields. All Nethra Vidyalaya teachers assured that they will put extra efforts to give better results.

Nethra Vidyalaya celebrated World Environment Day on June 5^th 2016. Teachers planted Berry plants and mango plants in front of the school building in VARIJA

Our 2008-09 batch student Surya Narayana was felicitated by Vision Aid and Rotary club on 15th June at BVK College for his remarkable performance in cricket. He is playing on behalf of Nethra Vidyalaya.

Nethra school celebrated World Yoga and Music Day

Nethra Vidyalaya School Children celebrated World Yoga Day and Music day on June 21st 2016 and invited surrounding schools to participate. Guests were surprised seeing the performances of school children.

Nethra Vidyalaya School Children Celebrated Helen Keller’s birthday on June 27^th 2016, by recollecting how she lead her life and succeeded in spite of her multi disability, which is inspiring for many.

Mr Srinivas Edara from USA visited Nethra Vidyalaya on 01-07-2016. Manogya and Utkarsha in the first week of June and Krishna Teja, Sreya in second week of June visited school and spent time with our school children. They appreciated our children for their talent and teachers for their patience.
