With the divine mangalasasanams of our beloved Acharya, Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swamy ji, the Vizag team of Mahila Arogya Vikas successfully conducted a Free Health Awareness and Preventive Screening Camp for Women on 26th January 2026 at Santhosh Nagar, Kothapalem, Visakhapatnam District.
The camp was organized under the expert supervision and support of Dr. Priyanka, Gynaec Oncologist, and was conducted from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The initiative aimed to promote awareness on women’s health, particularly focusing on early detection and preventive screening for cervical and breast health issues.
The camp was generously supported by the donor Smt. K. Lakshmi, Kothapalem.

Total VIA (Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid) screenings conducted: 57

Total follow-up cases identified: 10

The above 10 women have been referred to Dr. Priyanka for further diagnostic evaluation and necessary medical care to ensure timely treatment and support.
Follow-Up Camp Update
In continuation of our earlier initiatives, follow-up cases from previous camps conducted on 08/11/2025 at Gajuwaka and 12/11/2025 at Kintalli underwent further screening and diagnostic procedures. Among them, four women underwent biopsy, and all are currently receiving appropriate treatment as advised by medical professionals.
