Project Description

Srimadubhaya Vedanthacharya Peetam was established by Sri Pedda Jeeyar Swami in 1970 at Srirangam to propogate Vedic philosophy and to serve the pilgrims visiting Srirangam . In 2007, the asram was renovated with modern facilities for the benefit of pilgrims by HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji. Nithya Annadanam (Free Food Distribution) is conducted every day. This service began in 1970 by HH Pedda Jeeyar Swamiji and this service is going on for 44 years without any break.
