Expansion of Orphanage Building in Coimbatore:

On the 19th of October a team of six members of Vikasa Tarangini Coimbatore had paid a visit to the Universal Peace Foundation.

The Vikasa Tarangini team reached the orphanage at 11.30 am and were taken around to see the construction work going on there. They saw a hall of size 52*22 for the stay of girls being constructed, on the first floor of an already existing hall. A toilet for old orphans with a septic tank and one for the mentally retarded are also being constructed. These constructions are being done with the utilization of the funds Vikasa Tarangini had sent. The team also met Sri Shivatma Guruji and verified the bills and accounts. A photo of Pujya Sri Swamiji was presented to Upf which was reverently placed in the main hall. They also met the parents and sisters of Sri. Srinivasan Kanakasubramaniam,Seattle,US who visited the orphanage on the occasion of the wedding day of their son.
