Vikasa Tarangini Eluru inaugurated drinking water stall on 19-4-15 and has been distributed cold buttermilk to all free of cost. The buttermilk is distributed near Sri Janardhana Swami temple. Vikasa Tarangini is planning to continue the services throughout May. All are appreciating Vikasa Tarangini services. President Nukasayi Lila, Secretary P. Padmavathi and other Vikasa Tarangini members are conducting these services.
