Vikasa Tarangini Vijayawada distributed free Ayurveda Medicine on Karthika Purnima in  two temples –   Pattabi Ramalayam and Kodanda Ramalayam In Mutyalampadu area on 25th November  2015. Mandalaparthi Satya Sri Hari garu published about the event in many areas in Vijayawada. After offering the milk porridge to Lord, medicine was mixed in it and distributed to about 700 people. M. Raghu Babu, D. Radha and other volunteers came forward and supported this program financially.
