A team of volunteers participated in Women Health Care Camp

On the 11th of Sep 2016, a team of volunteers stepped out to villages around twin cities, Konda Nagula village, Achampet Mandal in Mahbubnagar District. The team was lead by Suneetha Madiraju. Our Swami’s ever lasting attention and  towards  Women Health care has been put in action by bringing awareness to women about types of diseases, symptoms. They educated women on how important it is to take regular care of themselves. After all, they are the center of a family ! They were encouraged to take part in free health camps such as the one conducted by our volunteers on the 11th of Sep.

Out of the 14, Six women were declared free of infection and they expressed grateful thanks to Swami for holding such free health camps.
Number of women who are referred for Biopsies / Scanning tests – 8

Dr. Sreenivas, a senior gynaecologist from the local government hospital rendered valuable services.

Vikastarangini volunteers Sriman Padmanabha Rao, Dr. Panduranga Rao, Smt. Vijitha Reddy garu assisted in the camp and also addressed the meeting.
Few other trained volunteers Smt, Nirmala, Padma, Padmashree, Usha Rani and Tulasiji assisted in the camp. They also joined the coordinator in the process of pre-camp preparations including equipment sterilisation on the day prior to the camp.

Brief summary of earlier camps in August 2016:
On 7/8/2016 at Astalakshmi temple area (Hyderabad),# attended ,46, VIA test done for 38.
On 14/8/ 16 at Mentally retarded school, Bhuvangir mandal, # attended: 68, VIA tested:42
