Vikasatarangini conducted BHAGAVATH GITA competitions on occasion of Githa Jayanthi. Students from private and government schools in Rajam, Regidi, Santhakavity, Vangara and G.Sigadam mandals participated. Sixth chapter was chosen as the topic for competition.
The competition was conducted in two phases. In the 1st phase 3000 students participated. Volunteers provided all participants with Bhagavad Githa books and gave them free training. In the 2nd phase 255 students participated from all mandals at Vikasatarangini office.
