Mahila Arogya Vikas, started in 2007 with the blessings of Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami ji, who has successfully conducted 1250+ camps in various regions of the country and created awareness among more than 13 lakh women about cancer (cervical and breast cancer), and also conducted screening tests and saved lakhs of women from cancer.
In the first phase MAV team has conducted a survey and created awareness about women’s health. Later a follow-up camp was conducted at Pragati Enclave Community Hall on Sunday i.e. 28-08-2022 from 10:00am to 5:00pm during which (Breast)examinations and (VIA)examinations for 95 women were performed and showed the condition of their cervix through screening test and also provided medicines to the needy.
