With the blessings of Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swami, a Women’s Health Camp was successfully organized on the occasion of International Women’s Day. This initiative was led by Smt. K. Madhavi Ravindra and her team from the Women’s Health Development Center, with the support of VT 108 Vavilalapalli Branch, Karimnagar. The camp was held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Sultanpur Village, Eligedu Mandal.

During the camp, medical examinations were conducted for a total of 103 women. Among them, 95 women underwent VIA (Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid) screening, while 8 received general medical services. The event was supported by Dr. Chatla Sunitha Sridhar and her team from CVM Hospital, Karimnagar, who provided essential healthcare services. Free medicines were distributed to the women, and Dr. Chetana, an oncologist from Karimnagar, also extended her services.

The health camp witnessed the active participation of members from VT 108 Vavilalapalli Branch, including committee members M. Ashok Rao, P. Ravinder Rao, and Sirikonda Padmavathi, along with several healthcare workers and women volunteers.

The camp was inaugurated by district Vikasatarangini President K. Gautham Rao, District Secretary Yada Kishan, and Treasurer S. Venkatesham, who lit the ceremonial lamp to commence the event.

Additionally, former Sultanpur Sarpanch Sri Arshanapalli Venkateswara Rao and V. Malathi Devender Rao provided the necessary facilities for the camp. 

The initiative was a significant step toward women’s health awareness and medical assistance, ensuring the well-being of women in rural communities. The organizers expressed their gratitude to all the supporters and contributors who made the camp a success.
