With the mangalasasanams of HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, a Yoga Session was conducted at the Rajam Municipal Office on June 12, 2026, bringing together municipal officials and staff members to promote Yoga for Healthy Ageing, holistic health and wellness.
Organized as part of Vikas Tarangini’s mission to promote wellness through the timeless wisdom of yoga, The session emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life to enhance physical fitness, mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Participants actively practiced a series of yoga asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation exercises that help improve flexibility, concentration, posture, and stress management.
