Bhaktapur, Nepal – Medical Camp for 100 People, Follow up Need Detected for 13

On 27th August, 2016,

JET VikasaTarangini conducted VIA camp in Full Bright School, Changunarayan, Ward no. 6, Duwakot, Bhaktapur with the help of Sriman Vaman Prasad Neupane, chairman of JET Nepal and Local Organisation for Change and Aid. Dr. Astha Shrestha from Nepal Medical College, Dr. Dolma Lama from Nepal Patan Hospital, and Dr, Astha Neupane played a vital role in extending their services to this medical camp.

Total Patients- 100
VIA Done – 81
Follow up Cases – 13 (Nebothian case – 4, polyps – 2, Cervices– 4, referred case – 3)
Total Volunteers– 22

HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami is happy with the work being put in to bring awareness in health by VikasTarangini, Nepal. HH advised the team to ensure utmost importance is given to the care of people who need follow up.
