Swarnamrutha Prasana is a free ayurvedic medicine distributed and served by Vikasa Tarangini volunteers. The medicine controls recurrent respiratory tract infections, improves gastro intestinal tract complaints, builds strong immunity thereby reducing common infections causing cough, cold and fever.
