Warangal Vikasatarangini conducted veterinary welfare camps for three days on Jan 23, Feb 6th, and Feb 15th. With the guidance of Dr.Raghu babu(Executive officer animal husbandry), Dr. CH. Prabhakar reddy(Chairman DLDA), Dr. Ch. Subhash Reddy (Rtd. Joint Director) Dr.M.Vivek Kumar, Dr. P.Vamsi, Dr. G.Srinivas have treated the camps.
These camps were conducted at Ankushapur, Venkatapur, and Sagaram Villages have treated about 363 animals and distributed free medicines.
Gow pooja, animal welfare awareness were conducted in the camps, with volunteer support of villagers, paramedical team, and Vikasatarangini.
His HH Tridandi Srimannarayana Chinna Jeeyar Swami Ji has initiated the animal welfare service in 1993 and with His blessing, VT could serve about 4lakhs of animals to date. His mission “Serve all beings as service to God” is the motivation for all these camps and services provided.
