With the esteemed presence of His Holiness Sri Chinnajeeyar Swamiji, Vikasa Tarangini conducted a workshop on September 18, 2024, at the Jiva premises in Muchintal.

Approximately 200 attendees participated in this workshop.

Mr. Sriman Kiran Vangalagaru, President of VT USA, provided an insightful presentation on the current initiatives of VT Seva. He also shared valuable insights on the upcoming implementation of our projects.
He stated that Vikasa Tarangini’s mission serves as a driving force that propels our organization forward. For the purpose of organizational development, it would be beneficial to establish both long-term and short-term policies. We must also monitor other organizational activities. If there is anything beneficial, we should be able to practice it and also attempt to practice SWOT analysis. Try to provide good communication system, with good team coordination we can take these activities forward. It is imperative that we retain our volunteers and make every effort to facilitate regular meetings to foster their engagement in all of our endeavors. We must assume full ownership and accountability for our responsibilities.
Try to attract youth and need to make them as youth leaders. We should always be thankful to our great donors and make them happy by giving a note of appreciation.
Every two years, it would be beneficial for our team to undergo a leadership transition. Additionally, it would be prudent to identify and nurture potential youth leaders within our organization.
By the year 2025, it is imperative that we forge robust and mutually beneficial partnerships with a minimum of 25 prominent corporate entities. These partnerships will serve as a cornerstone in the expansion of our service offerings and the achievement of our strategic objectives. Try to invite them to our Netra college, Gurukulam and to our tribal schools of allampalli.
Youth participation should be more than twenty five percent. At present, we are falling short in extending our services to the underprivileged and must strive to rectify this situation. In addition, we should consider utilizing social media as a means of effective communication.
In the United States, we devise a comprehensive roadmap and formulate a strategic plan to effectively execute fundraising initiatives.

Sri Chinnajeeyar Swamiji blessed the event with his profound words and said, our Vikasa Tarangini is rendering services but is unable to predict the outcome. Youth volunteers are extending their services, we need to encourage them and make them active volunteers. We are in need of well-trained IT professionals who would be willing to volunteer their services to help us spread our services through social media.
Every volunteer of this organization should feel a sense of ownership and belonging towards it. We should also involve our family members and children in our community service activities. And try to spread the activities of Jeeyar youth club. It would be beneficial to extend an invitation to corporate entities to showcase our projects and encourage their participation in our service activities.
During college and school visits, we should motivate young people to participate in games and essay writing competitions. Additionally, we should inform them about our service initiatives. Swamiji offered His blessings to each individual who took part in the event.

The Vikasa Tarangini team expressed their gratitude to all those who attended and actively participated in the event and conveyed their eagerness to take our activities forward.
