Aayu Go: rasam
Go: rasam is fresh Go: panchakam (cow urine or Go: mu:thra) filtered and distilled along with Thulasi (Indian Basil) leaves. This distilled cow urine is popularly known as Go: Ark in Ayurveda. We collect fresh Go: panchakam from female indigenous cows only (not from Jerseys, Holstein-Friesian, or their mixed breeds since their urine is of no Ayurvedic value) every day early in the morning because the first Go: panchakam released by indigenous cow in the morning contains 24 minerals and nutrients which is the maximum found in Go: panchakam. We use steel buckets to collect Go: panchakam and distill it in earthen pots to get the best quality Go: Ark.
