Vikasatarangini providing drinking water for public in summer.

Local Vikasatarangini has been providing ‘Ambali’ prasdam and drinking water near bus stand in Vanaparthi. The stall was inaugurated on 1st May by Municipal Chairman Sri Ramesh Goud and ex-vice chairman Sri Lokanathareddy and Councilors. Vikasatarangini president Sri Rajasekhar and secretary Raghunadhacharyulu, Asst .Secretary , town president conducted the programme and offered dedicated services.

With the temperatures rising very high during the summer a mobile drinking water stall ‘chalivedram’ for distributing drinking water and butter milk to the needy has been put into service. About 1500 liters of butter milk was supplied free to more than 10,000 persons. The mobile van, chanting Jai Srimannarayana moved in the town streets . The services of president and other volunteers were immensely appreciated.
Free drinking water and butter milk outlets were arranged at Ryot bazaar, Dasannapet. AP government also helped in the project and services were rendered by Smt Vijaylakshmi, Sri Padmanabham and Sri Ramaratnam.
